The University of California San Francisco, School of Dentistry is entitled to summary judgment on the First Amendment retaliation claims of a volunteer clinical professor at its Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery whose appointment for the 2017-2018 academic year wasn’t renewed, a federal court in California ruled.
